Ant-Man Star Jonathan Majors got arrested for an alleged assault in New York City on 25th March 2023. He was arrested on the charges of strangulation, assault, and harassment. It is said that he got into a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman.

The complaint against him was done through a 911 call from an apartment in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea. Police responded to it around 11 a.m. A representative for him denied any wrongdoing by Jonathan. They send an email to the AP saying:

“He has done nothing wrong We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.”

A New York Police Department spokesperson released a statement to the Associated Press. The statement reads:

“The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident. The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.”

Jonathan is one of the most well-known in Hollywood. He got the media spotlight after appearing in the movie, The Last Black Man in San Francisco in 2019. Some of his other movie credits are Da 5 Bloods,  The Harder They Fall, Devotion, and so on.

The 33 aged Jonathan has acted in two blockbusters movies, Creed III and Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. His recent movie Magazine Dreams premiered at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival.
