His Early Life

On June 28th, 1975, Jeff was born in Connecticut, US. Since his childhood, he was interested in bodybuilding. He started playing baseball and soccer while in high school. Then he realized that getting physically strong would help him perform better on the field.

During his adulthood, he was too skinny & embarrassed to work out at the local gym. While growing up he was fan of stars such as Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger and wished to look like them. His father helped in learning boxing.

Freak Jeff enrolled at the ‘University of Connecticut’ located in Mansfield, Connecticut. In the year 1997, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physioneurobiology. Similarly, he earned his master’s degree in physical therapy from the same university in 2000.
